mixing
Okay, you've spent a bunch of money on tracking your songs or you recorded everything yourself in your bedroom. Now you're stuck with a whole heap of audiofiles and together they sound okay but it's not what you aimed for. You wonder why your bass isn't that thick or why your vocals sound so far away and are hidden beneath a wall of guitars.
What you need is someone who brings balance to the music you've just created. You need some fresh ears with the experience and knowledge to mix your ingeredients to a proper servable dish.
mastering
After a good mixdown of your songs, there's another thing you have to think about.
What do we need to do to get them on a CD and make a coherent album out of it.
First thing to do, is find out the correct songorder and space inbetween songs and how to get the levels right.
Most important part of the whole deal is keeping balance and dynamics.
re-mixing
So for example : You've recorded an acoustical song with vocals and guitars but really wanted a dance track. Maybe you are totally crazy about Eminem style hiphop or maybe you dig them Heavy Dub-Reggae. What we can do is take your acoustic track and re-mix it to one of the hottest dance-song at the time.
No style is impossible, just tell us what you need us to do.
producing
Say you've got this band... You have some songs written and each week you practise a few times. You did some gigs and are thinking of recording an album but .... Will your songs stand out on an album? You can't just throw a bunch of songs on a CD and think that's it.
